"It was a good stay overall. I got my own room but it was on the top floor which is an attic. It was hard going on the side of the bed towards the window. The shower door is broken and they need more shower gel for clients. It was a clean property and didn't have any smell. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is a plus because most of the major tourist attractions are walkable distance from there."

"This was one of my favorite places that I've ever stayed. Everyone on the staff was polite and genuinely nice. Some of them didn't speak any English and used Google translate to communicate and it was fun and they weren't upset about it at all. The housekeeping was amazing for an apartment. The desk was always open which is also amazing for an apartment. Everything in the room worked and the location in Bratislava was perfect. I wish that aparthotels would catch on in the US. It's literally the best way to stay on vacation. And the breakfast was phenomenal, and the laundry was right in our apartment. Perfect if you ask me. Staff and accommodations."
