"The hotel is updated and very clean, and breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh eggs and sausage. My only complaint is the thin walls/ ceiling. The hotel attracts out-of-town workers who stay up late and constantly move around, which causes the downstairs rooms a lot of additional noise. It was hard for me to get to sleep with the additional noise. The staff was extremely helpful in trying to mitigate the issue. "

"Kiosk check-in was very difficult and took a long time. Eventually had to go through the process with a human at the front desk because the machine was not functioning. In the room, the drain under sink was not even connected so water drained all over the bathroom floor."

"The room itself was small and the bathroom was barely big enough for one person. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good except for running out of their famous French onion soup. The servers were very friendly and helpful."

"Staff and hotel was great. Nice views. Hotel rooms are, basic. So, don’t expect something fancy. But, they were clean. Uber to Whiskey Row was only $10 each way. Would recommend it"
