About this property

Victorian House Downtown

  • Historic house built in 1901, all upgraded modern amenities. Walking distance from Historic Down town Prescott.

    Quiet with high ceiling chandeliers in dining room 6 person table as well as 2 person table in kitchen. Wood burning fireplace in living room with sofa, 2 chairs, one rocker. Layout of house is split so each bedroom is seperate. (See floor plan).

    House has a front porch with 3 rockers & a bench. The flagstone back yard is spacious with 3 tables & a gas BBQ.

    2 Dogs allowed max. for a PER pet cleaning fee of $60 each and back area is completely fenced in.
