Außerdem ist der Tisch etwas ungeeignet, um dort Mahlzeiten zu sich zu nehmen.Premantura ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um etwas von der ursprünglichen Lebensweise der Kroaten zu erahnen. Modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ein wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon aus auf das Meer (v.a. bei Sonnenaufgang am frühen Morgen bei einer Tasse Kaffee). Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war absolut problemlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Super hat uns auch der Privatparkplatz hinter dem Haus gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Bäcker oder in den kleinen Supermarkt des Dorfes. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés sind auch nicht weit. Auf der Dorfstrasse herrscht zwar etwas Verkehr, den wir aber überhaupt nicht als störend empfunden haben. Von Premantura aus kann man sehr gut das Kap Kamenjak zu Fuss erwandern, am Besten mit Badesachen im Rucksack. So kann man von einer schönen Badebucht zur nächsten ziehen. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt praktisch vor der Tür, von dort aus kann man mit dem Linienbus bis Pula fahren und das Auto besser mal stehenlassen. ##### Heike M. Ein Schrank in der Wohnung nicht nutzbar, weil abgeschlossen. Wenn man nicht zu viert ist, bietet das Kinderzimmer Stauraum. - auf dem Balkon kann man nur zu dritt gemütlich sizten. Man kann dort keine Mahlzeiten essen, es gibt nur einen Tisch in Couchhöhe - Sofa für max. 3 Personen - zu wenig Besteck für 4, d.h. nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen - Kühlschrank ist zu klein für 4 Personen in der Sommerzeit Leider funktionierte der Transponder für das Parkplatztor in der 2\. Die Wohnung ist superschön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Bei einem von mir selbst verursachten Problem 😂 , wurde mir von dem/der Vermieter/in während einem Telefonat sofort geholfen. Auch ‚Ivanca‘, Frau für alles vor Ort hat dabei tatkräftig geholfen. Nochmals auf diesem Wege vielen Dank. Das Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak und auch alle Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Das Haus steht leider direkt an der Hauptstraße. Zu bestimmten Zeiten ist das Verkehrsaufkommen sehr hoch. Dafür ist der Bäcker, Supermarkt, etc. gleich in der Nähe. Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub. ##### Uli S. Sie liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen und entspricht einem hohen Standard. Der zweite Schlafraum mit den Einzelbetten ist ideal für Familien. An der Sauberkeit gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Es war alles tipptopp! Der Ort Premantura bietet eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und schöne Badebuchten. Fehlende Fußwege im Zentrum sind jedoch ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Der kleine Strand am Campingplatz ist für jüngere Kinder optimal zum Baden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen ganz sicher wieder. ##### Isabell H. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Leider liegt sie an der stark befahrenen Straße in Richtung Nationalpark Kamenjak, wodurch wir den Balkon mit toller Aussicht so gut wie nicht nutzen konnten. In der Nebensaison ist es bestimmt ruhiger. Als wir ankamen waren alle Handtücher nass, dies hat uns nicht so gefallen. ##### Franziska O. In der Küche gibt es wirklich alles was man braucht..und mehr. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und das duschen mit der Regendusche eine tolle Entspannung. Die Betten sind super bequem und Dank Rolläden ist ein erholsamer Schlaf sicher. Kima in jedem Schlafraum Wohnbereich vorhanden. Mit Tina hatten wir eine super nette und kompetente Gastgeberin. Restaurants, Supermärkte und alles was man so braucht ist super in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten einen richtig relaxten Urlaub. ##### Heidi J. Wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz und fühlten uns in unserem Ferienzuhause sehr wohl. Top fanden wir den schönen Balkon, von dem aus man eine Panoramaussicht hat. Wir hatten mit den Teenies einen Schnorchelurlaub gesucht. Permantura/Kamenjak war Klasse. Top Badebuchten. Wenig Sandstrände, aber Schnorchler wissen, dass man die felsigen Küsten braucht 😎. Sie bietet alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Die Räumlichkeiten sowie die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet, der Balkon bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten und hat morgens Sonne. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (zwei Minuten Fußweg). Der sehenswerte Nationalpark "Kap Kamenjak" mit all seinen traumhaften Buchten und kristallklarem Wasser liegt ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür (Pflichtbesuch). Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Noch ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter für die tolle Abwicklung und Kommunikation. ##### Ralph E. The interior was immaculate with everything we needed; close to the vibrant village centre in the evenings, and peaceful at night. Waren des tgl. Bedarfs (Brötchen, Obst, Minimarkt) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Große Auswahl an guten Restaurants im Nahbereich. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter-Kontakt mit hilfreichen Tipps für die Anreise und den Aufenthalt. Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Check IN und OUT problemlos. Sehr ruhig und bei Bedarf kühl und dunkel in der Wohnung durch Klima und Rollo. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal hinfahren, es gibt noch viele schöne Plätze zu erkunden! ##### Nico R.
