### Chalet Letizia Mountain and Relax - Stella Alpina Apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor of Chalet Letizia, a typical house restaurated in 2024 in Premana. The position of the chalet is ideal to reach the essential services and a lot of trekking among our mountains. Since it is in the historic center of Premana, it is reachable just by walking and the nearest parking is far few minutes by walking.  
  
The apartment, new and comfortable, deals with full equipped kitchen with dish washer and microwave, living room with queen size sofa bed, TV and little private balcony, bathroom with shower. The room is on the mezzanine and has a double bed and a queen size bed. The Chalet has in total 2 apartments and for all guests offers a relax common area with external jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and garden. Jacuzzi has a beautiful view on the mountain: perfect end for your days in Premana.
