Guduće: Beautiful single-family house "Villa Bugenvila", 2 storeys. 2.5 km from the centre of Ugljan, 2 km from the centre of Muline, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: property 525 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (6 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, arbour (12 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Available: children's bicycles (1). Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 21.7 km, pebble beach 200 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Building work taking place 20m from the property.

Top floor: 2 rooms 17 m2, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 245 cm with rooflight, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Forced-air heating. No heating option. Terrace 35 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).
