They have a spacious parking lot and a huge well-kept garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor of the building where the air conditioning was hardly working. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor and not the best quality. The other couple traveling with us did have a room with lots of light. Park Hotel Villa Vicini is an older hotel with lovely grounds and lots of available free parking onsite. The rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. Bath was large and well equipped. The continental breakfast included espresso and cappucino and the staff was very pleasant. No onsite restaurant but a short drive to nearby Treviso just 6 minutes away yielded a restaurant meal that actually might have been the best we had in 24 days in Italy.
