"The hot tub in my room was not working, staff on duty was very nonchalant about it. Offered a discount, but looks like I was charged full price for the room i frequent this hotel often and never had a problem. I genuinely book a room here solely for the hot tub and unfortunately this trip. I was unable to utilize it, but was charged full price for it. I would really like to see them have that fixed and to make it right with a regular traveler to this establishment."

The was room clean but smelled like second hand smoke. The was updated kind of nice. The TV in the room sub standard. Some the audio would be there some the channels. "
