Elena Alicia these ladies did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very close to the Cruise Ship and everybody is very good. The food was good and it was nice. We even got a pasta night. And that was good too.

I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

The room was just ok. When I asked if the could bring an iron to room I was told I need to go downstairs to the business room where they have an iron and board setup. Never seen that before.

Check in with Gabriel was excellent but when transferred to Savoia the woman checking us in was negative and told me that Gabriel did not tell us we had free breakfast which he did and we did after going rounds with her and her calling others to protect her charging for breakfast. Not a good start ...

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean and comfortable bedroom (ask for one on back of building for less noise). The only minor complaint is a mold stain in the shower, which should be removed.
