The stainless steel had not been even attempted at being wiped down, and I won’t describe bathroom conditions, but they were sickening. And when I reported and requested a call back from management, I waited, but nothing. This property was a poor reflection of Hilton, and definitely not a good impression of Prattville accommodations. "Pretty disappointed in this property. I reserved a king through Expedia but was given a double queen. Initial room hadn't been fully serviced, bed was obvious someone had slept in it. Second room was also a double queen but was clean. However, the room had no drinking cups, no tissues, no hair blower. It did have shampoo. We discovered the morning of checking out that our ground floor window was unlocked as well as the screen. "

"Room was not clean. Carpet was sticky and made our feet black, we had to wash them before bed. There were food scraps from previous occupants still on the floor and used toiletries bottles on the bathroom counter. "
