I should say that Susanna was a great host from the beginning! She is above and beyond, so detailed so thorough, speaks perfect English and giving you all the necessary information step by step. Me and my sister easily found the way to city center from the train station thanks to her ! We were upgraded to a suit room which was so beautiful and it was a surprise for us as well , thank you 😊

L’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre.
Nous avons avisé le 1er soir mais on a dû attendre au lendemain pour se faire dire que l’entretien avait été fait sur l’AC mais qu’il devait y avoir un problème donc on nous a changé de chambre pour la 2e nuit. Il fait chaud en général dans les espaces communs de cet hôtel.
Ce matin au déjeuner nous avons croisé un homme avec la clé de notre 1ere chambre !!! Qui nous laisse croire qu’ils ont assigné la chambre super chaude à quelqu’un d’autre sans vraiment corriger le problème !

"The hotel was perfectly situated. The breakfast was great and so was the coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very short walk to the ferry and a 10 minute walk to the train station. Fantastic views."
