"Overall, the hotel was great for a weekend getaway! The staff were really friendly, welcoming and attentive. The only issue I had was the ice machine was broken and you either had to go a few floors up for a few floors down to find a working machine. Other than that, everything was perfect and I will definitely be staying again!"

"Due to an unexpected layover in Dallas, I selected the Hyatt Regency because it was next to the airport. I checked in around 10:30 pm. When I explained to Priyesh that my stay would only be until 5:30 am. He immediately upgraded my room to an executive suite. The suite was beautiful other than a couple of overhead lights that did not work. I was thrilled to get a good nights sleep."
