"Sunseeker had great amenities like a huge variety of food options, spa experiences, multiple pools. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooms were spacious and mostly clean. We had a minor incident with one of the beds not being clean and not having night housekeeping available to make the bed. The night concierge were not very friendly or helpful. "

"The communication of the host was very good! Wish we were able to check in before 4PM. I was in touch with the rental agent the day of when our plane landed and she never got back to me. However, she did provide the access code earlier that day. The location was excellent - very close to our friends. I didn’t see the fire pit that was mentioned in the yard - not that we were going to use it. Having the garage was helpful as it poured down rain one day and I have currently have mobility issues. I would stay there again and recommend for those who want to be close to airport and Punta Gorda downtown. "

"Very clean home with a beautiful pool in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Close to charlotte harbor, 40 minutes from ft. Meyers airport and 10 minutes from kings highway. The only negative is apparently the neighbors have acess to the garage where they store their motorcycles. We came home one evening and one was gone, we contacted the host hoping it wasnt stolen and they advised that the neighbor came in and got it. It honestly was a little unsettling but we were told it was a miscommunication. Then, it happened again towards the end of the stay with the other motorcycle. The host apologized profusely and stated the neighbors know better but its still unsettling that someone else has acess to the home and we werent notified. I'd rather have them knock and say "hey, mind if we grab the motorcycle ". But all in all the home was cozy, clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. "

"The place was spotless and fit the bill perfectly. Quiet, close to downtown, golf courses and right on the canal for fishing.. We will be back next year for sure. Also, if you get the opportunity to meet the host, take it, He will likely be the most interesting person you’ll will ever meet. "

"The house is nice, roomy, as described! You can’t beat that view of the canal! We saw a lot of tortoises and enjoyed feeling like we were a bit more secluded instead of in a populated area. We really liked sitting on the back deck watching the birds and the canal all day! The stove is a bit outdated so if you like to cook big meals you’ll just need to be a little more patient as it takes a bit longer. "

"Amazing property & the owners were able to respond to our questions immediately! Awesome views of the Peace river & it was so relaxing in the hot tub & pool! Tons of space including two full lanai's which allowed our two families to enjoy their privacy as needed. Highly recommended this outstanding property!"
