To reach this small oasis of tranquility, you need to walk about 400 meters: a path that winds through a picturesque trail alternated with steps, which makes this feature a typical and charming element of Praiano. The house is not accessible by car, but this choice makes the experience even more special, allowing you to fully immerse in the peacefulness of the village and its breathtaking views. Casa Cimino B is tastefully furnished in pure Amalfi Coast style, with terracotta flooring that gives the home warmth and charm. It is located in the western part of Praiano, one of the most tranquil areas of the village, offering the most spectacular view: from every window, you can admire Capri and Positano in all their splendor. The apartment is spread over a single floor and consists of: • Fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) with sea view • Sea view living room, with a dining table for 6-8 people and a sofa bed • 2 Full bathrooms with showers • 1 Spacious double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with sea view • 1 Double bedroom (bed size 160x190), located inside. Casa Cimino B is located just above the famous San Gennaro Church, along the path leading to the Sentiero degli Dei. The quickest way to reach the house is from the upper part of Praiano, walking along a 400-meter path, alternated with steps (approximately 70). Alternatively, you can reach the center of Praiano by climbing a staircase of about 200 steps. Parking: The house does not have private parking directly on-site, but a paid parking area is available about 650 meters away, which should be booked in advance, for a fee. While this may be a small inconvenience, the distance is easily walkable, and the private parking offers the security of a reserved space for the duration of your stay. Alternatively, paid public parking is available about 200 meters away. NOTE: During high season, parking can be particularly difficult to find. We therefore recommend reserving your parking space when booking to ensure availability. Public Transport: Public transport connections, including local buses, can vary depending on the time of day and season. During peak season, the service may be more crowdedless punctual. For greater convenience, we can suggest alternative options, such as taxi services, which can be booked in advance. Within walking distance of the house, you'll find: • One Fire Beach Club (about 20 minutes on foot) • Bars and restaurants (about 5 minutes on foot) • Small grocery store (about 5 minutes on foot) • Local bus stop (about 5 minutes on foot) • Sita bus stop (about 5 minutes on foot). The pictures definitely reflected the home correctly. The view every morning is just breathtaking. So glad we stayed here rather than Positano. Praiano is much more quiet and low key. The Marina Di Praiano beach was our favorite local beach. Our host Francesco could not have assisted us any better. He met us in person, helped book our taxis and was always available to answer our questions. Francesco & Anna are awesome, always just a txt away if we had any questions. They also checked in a couple of times to make sure our stay was going well. No issues on locating the apartment as we arranged SMACC transportation from airport to drop off point. Its about a 10-15min walk (mostly flat & we just brought carry on luggage, making it easy to navigate) Praiano is very peaceful & the view is incredible (we spent every nite on the balcony admiring the bay) Directly below the apartment (yes all the steps) you will find couple of markets, lots of restaurants/ cafes and a tourist info office & the bus. We had the best time ever. Large Balcony and beautiful views. The way to get from the apartment to Praiano town (the Main Street with supermarket, restaurants, bars) is to go straight down 150ish steps.walk to the sloping road & use that to avoid steps (a 15-20 min walk). We would go there for lunch and dinner. We also did the Path of the Gods hike, from Praiano to Positano, which was super amazing. Check in was tough. We had to walk uphill 30 min with our luggage (taxi driver dropped us at the wrong spot). But the host eventually sent someone to rescue us. We would never have made it to the place had it been self checkin. And we had trouble opening the key box (the code was wrong). My recommendation is to avoid self checkin. Amalfi locations are confusing, and google maps is NOT accurate. Overall, super responsive and super helpful host. Great house. Beautiful views. Yes, there are steps but this is Amalfi. Hosts (Francesco) were right on it and responded quickly even well outside office hours when we arrived late due to delayed flight. Lots of directions to address but allow yourself some time and don’t try to do it in the dark! Don’t even think of arriving there at late night because you won’t get any support. Video shared to reach the place is not very clear and hard to understand . Rest all was good . Faltou água na chegada ao imóvel, a distância do estacionamento 1 km com subidas e escadas.
