"Problema de overbooking (alugaram o mesmo quarto para mais de uma pessoa). Como era alta temporada e já não havia muitas disponibilidades, acabei aceitando ficar num quarto sem ar-condicinado e fizeram um desconto pelo ocorrido. No check in, novos problemas, havia solicitado duas camas de solteiro (na reserva podia se optar por uma cama de casal ou duas de solteiro), mas informaram que não conseguiriam duas camas de solteiro. "Great staff! Excellent location across from the beach. Good breakfast! Clean suite. We had the one with the best view, we were 3 people but room accommodate 6\. Lots of stairs to get to room as is the highest up, but the view is so worth it, so gorgeous. My parents are older but very mobile so nom problem for us. But you have to be somewhat fit in any place in Gorgeous Praia do Rosa as lots of mountain, hills and stairs. The grounds are well care for also. Is priced well for what you get. ...

"Está muy bien ubicado, a 1 cuadra del centro y a tres cuadras (largas) de la playa. La habitación cómoda, la que nos tocó no tenía cocina y había un pequeño frigobar. Le falta mantenimiento y más personal para limpieza, la piscina a veces estaba un poco sucia al igual de las reposeras. La atención de las recepcionistas siempre muy amables y atendiendo las necesidades de lo que pedíamos. El desayuno muy bien, el fin de semana se llenó de gente y no les daba el tiempo de reponer."

"O quarto em geral estava limpo, hidromassagem muito boa, piscina boa também mas estava um pouco suja. Atendimento ótimo, o baiano da recepção é muito gente boa e atencioso. O café da manhã era muito bom, de qualidade, mas pelo preço cobrado poderia ter mais opções de lanche. A paisagem em volta é muito linda, lugar de fácil acesso, tem mercado, padaria bem próximos, com certeza voltaremos."
