Very nice place to stay. Super close to train station and only a short walk to the city square. Its a very old building (like most are) rooms are fairly small BUT it was clean, good WiFi, very comfortable. Trolly tracks run 15 feet from the front door.

We had an overnight in Prague to catch a train early morning. This was perfectly located and priced for that. Our standard double was actually bigger than expected with more storage. It was 2 twin beds pushed together which is loads better than a US double. There was no kettle or anything in the room it was very basic. The only issue I had was we were on the first floor and the tram went by all night just below the window. Normally I would be okay with it but having to get up early always makes it harder for me to sleep and the tram did not help.

The pictures are not at all like the actual room. The room was so small - there was no space next to the beds. Two people cannot walk side by side. The pictures are much better and show a completely different room. I do not believe that the room was 18m2 as described on Expedia. There was a total of 1 plug point available in the entire room and at a very inconvenient location. The shower doors cannot close. They are not long enough to cover the full side. Water will inevitably leak and puddle into the bathroom. There was no drainage in the bathroom to remove that water. The shower head stand was broken so the shower head kept falling and would not stay in place. The room was right next to the road and tram line. And every 5-10 mins a tram would pass and the entire room would shake and it was so loud. Poor construction? No soundproofing. The breakfast they advertised as included was the saddest breakfast Buffett I have seen. Basically boiled egg was the only substantial item. Some veggie pieces, some meat slices, bread, jam and coffee. All in all, probably the worst room we lived in all of Europe (we stayed in ~15 different hotels, hostels, and guesthouses during our trip) DO NOT GO THERE

The good: - the lady at the reception was really helpful and welcoming. She’s a credit to the hotel. - perfect location. Close to everything (and all the transport links). - decent sized rooms and bathroom. Perfect for our family. More importantly, really clean. - fresh looking/smelling bedding and towels. Not so great: - there is no working AC. Making it very hot. - no fridge in the room.

Convenient access, it's located close to both main stations. No problem at all about cleanness and service. Main problem is noise. Tram runs very close to the room all day long, making big noise and shaking during my sleep. So, I could not sleep well...

I was happy over all. Room clean, directing into the backyard, really quiet. Modest but nice. Service good, luggage storage possible. Breakfast very Spartan - but fits the price which was circa 5 eur pro person.

Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. If you have a street facing room, YOU WONT SLEEP! The noise of the trams outside are so loud! And, they run all night! What’s even worse is they won’t ever install double glazing because apparently they are not allowed to due to building restrictions. I did request on being moved. At first, I was denied by the very unhelpful staff (the worst one is a small short guy with glasses, so rude!). I did eventually get to speak to the main manager who then arranged for me swap to a disabled room at the back of the hotel. This room had damp patches, a weird smell and the sound of the kitchen very early in the morning. The whole 3 nights I stayed there, I didn’t get a decent nights sleep at all. The only positive this hotel has is the location. About a 5 minute walk from all the Old Town. Having said that, there are plenty more hotels in Prague to chose from. Don’t stay here!

The room was comfortable with 5 beds. Nothing fancy but functional and clean. Comfy beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very well situated within walking distance old square. Castle district was a short tram ride away and could be walked. Beautiful little cafe on the main floor.

Convenient location, BUT...
This hotel is very convenient to Hlavni Nadrazi and Old Town. The breakfast buffet was decent. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the photos shown on the website are very deceptive. The rooms are very basic. There is barely enough space to manuever around the beds. There were no fans, air conditioning, or any air movement in the room. The floor was very dirty and I do not think that the maids ever vacuumed. It was quite stuffy. I booked the room based on location and photos; but was very embarrassed when I opened the door and saw it. I was treating my new family to a holiday and was very disappointed in this room. I think that this room would be fine for someone who just got out of prison or had been living in a cave. It certainly is not suitable for people on holiday. I would have checked out immediately, but the other hotels in the area were booked up as it is a busy time in Prague and there was a concert. I would only recommend this for homeless people who need emergency shelter. I can only state that everyone should read reviews and not believe or trust photos.
