The room was clean and looked good. The bed was comfortable. The location felt very safe. Staff were friendly and spoke English. There is a shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. The old town and other tourist hotspots are easily accessible via transit, with tram/train stops about 5 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast was available for a fee (300 CZH) and offered a decent variety of options. Very easy to get to main tourist attractions using Andel metro. Also next to a large shopping mall if you need to buy anything. The room was very clean. I didn’t hear any of the neighbors. The bed was hard so be warned if you need something softer. I didn’t use the tv so no comment. The shower was good. No mini fridge but snacks are in the lobby.
