Easy walk to many attractions. It has a very large bedroom with an extra couch, cozy sitting/kitchen/eating area, bathroom at far end of unit. The bed was more comfortable than at the fancy hotel nearby we stayed at first. The kitchen was well stocked. I thought I would have trouble sleeping due to the trams being so close, but didn't even need earplugs! It is nice having the lift for luggage, but, there are two steps and a heavy door from the entryway to the lift that could be a problem for those with accessibility issues. We couldn't figure out the washer and didn't see a dryer, (may have been an all in one machine); it would be nice to have instructions for that. The company was very responsive to issues we had with being charged twice for the damage deposit and finding the hallway lights (on right side inside entry door about two feet in and 5 feet high). ##### Jennifer S.
