The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located only a few minutes from the famous bridge. It is also walking distance to many attractions, including the opera. The room was beautiful. It was huge! Bed was very comfortable. We loved the views from the window. The staff were all very kind and friendly. The breakfast was included and had something different each day. It's not called a palace for nothing. I've been travelling for three weeks and stayed in mostly good accommodation but this was far and away the best I stayed in. Large room with coat hangers for my jackets and shirts, a handy safe, some drawers and cupboard space I actually didn't need, a very handy work desk, and finally not only a shower with a screen that actually went all around AND a bath!! Then there were also the superb river views which I know not every room has. The layout and feel of the hotel was also palatial, the breakfasts were extremely generous and the staff were just so nice. Would love to stay there again and can't recommend this enough!!
