The address was incorrect, half pension stated in the description (which we of course didn’t believe), shared wc and shower that was not stated in the description (we were the only guests this time so no problem), towels very small. The breakfast didn’t live up to even low french standard, 2 cold toasts and a black burnt croissant (not eatable, probably frozen and heated/defrosted on very high temperature)."
"It’s in the middle of the mountains, great for if you want peace. The road to get there is challenging, don’t drive at night, no street lights. Staff was nice, and suitable for overal a mature guests, no children. "

"The hotel is located in a service area in the middle of a toll road. Once you are inside the area, you will find it very difficult to go out and eat outside of the service area . This is due to the toll road and the huge detour you need to take to get in and out. We ended having to pay to exit the tool area and then pay to get back in. When we asked about this to the hotel reception, we got very confused and conflicted messages which was not helpful at all. Apart from that, the swimming pool is very nice, the hotel is ok but basic. "The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them.
