The location was quite good being within walking distance of all the main tourist sites; although the hotel is not very close to any tram line or other public transport. Also the room is not serviced every day unless, for example, new towels are requested and on the occaision that these were asked for they were duely provided. Overall good value for money and would stay again." I chose this chain because I often stay at your property in Warsaw, where everything is always excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel in Poznan did not meet my expectations. I arrived late in the evening and expected the room to have all the basic amenities. Instead, there were no slippers, no bathrobe, and no coffee/tea facilities. I did not want to have to call and request items that should be standard in the room. When I asked for a kettle, it would have been logical to provide a cup and tea along with it, but that was also missing. The room felt like a hospital room rather than a hotel – it was a disabled-access room with nothing to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing – it seemed like leftovers from the day before.
