You booked a room for 12 days on Expedia, two day after check-in you requested an early check-out due to a sudden change of your work location arranged by your company. Regarding the early cancellation policy, Expedia's service team has explained to you clearly. And with your consent, we have refunded the corresponding room charges right away.Regarding the cleaning for the kitchen, the room you booked is a kitchen suite. The dishes and kitchen utensils used by the guests must be cleaned by themselves. Otherwise, we will charge an additional cleaning fee. This reminder is posted on the wall of the kitchen in all rooms and this is a policy of our motel as well. Thanks.

I did not ignore you, I simply did not change your initial reservation made through Expedia, which is against their policy. You are now full of spite because you found the room was too big too expensive, and I didn't give in to your demands to change to a small kitchenette as I told you all our small kitchettes were full in 10 days.

Not all rooms allow pets because some guests have allergies, if you have pets , please inform the hotel honestly. Thanks.
