The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke,even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The front desk person was very helpful, apologized, and got us another first floor room that was clean and fresh. She was very friendly and seemed to really care.

We found a live bug in our sheets. The blankets had burn marks, the carpet had burn marks. We requested a non smoking room but due to all the burn marks throughout the room and the terrible smell, it must have been a smoking room. It smelled awful in there and I’m not sure what type of bug was crawling in our blankets.
Was going to rate as a 4/10 but reduced to 2/10 when the ROACH appeared on the sink counter at 5 am. This was in addition to the large patches of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. It was so much that we did not use the shower and limited our bathroom usage. Definitely a health hazard. only positives were the bed was okay and the room (aside from the bathroom) was "refreshed".

There had been no pride taken when painting this room. There are paint splatters all over the artwork hanging on the walls and the toilet seat.
Sorry to see that the room was also not overly clean. The fabric furniture was tattered and torn. I would not be staying here again.

The heater was very noisy, the towel and wash cloths were terrible. Stained and old. Tv had something all over the screen. And forget about the free breakfast, and no lids for coffee cups.
Shower did not work wash clothes were gray not white sheets and towels had stains
Overall room was terrible and man at front desk told me that I should have checked everything first before we paid
Will never go back there
my non smoking room smelled like an ash tray. the bedding was full of burn holes. the tv screen was smudged up severely. the door looked like it had never been cleaned. stains all over the carpet. when my key stopped working i stood in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me.
i will admit that i never would have stayed there if every other hotel around was booked due to a winter storm, but what does that say, that they had pleanty of available rooms still.
pay the extra $30 and stay somewhere else.

The room was awful. Dirty sheets cigarette holes in the comforter. Light doesnt work. Its currently 22 degrees and midnight and theres no heat. Apparently no one on site has a key to the fuse box to "flip" the switch. So people are freezing waiting for someone to fix it. The entire property smelled of weed.

There was green paint stains on the bottom sheet of our bed. Bed was not comfortable. There was mold/mildew on ceiling over the shower. There were stains on the carpet under the sink.
Only enough coffee for 1 person in room, although we booked the room for 2 people
Clerk didn't seem to speak good English or understand our concerns

Mattresses were comfortable enough but sheets are stained and everything feels dirty. Minimal towels. Tub is very dirty. Room smells musty and bathroom is worse. Better than sleeping in my car I guess. Haven’t yet decided if I’m going to risk using the shower without wearing my sneakers…

1st of all the lady and gentleman I only spoke to twice were nice and apologized. That was it! We booked 3 rooms. And no the rooms DO NOT look like the pictures provided. They are nasty! We traveled for a funeral and did not have time to rebook another motel for the large party we had or we would have! We took pictures of everything! The rooms reeked of smoke. We had non smoking rooms. Burn holes on the bedding. The floors not clean. The towels stained. The mirrors had not been cleaned. Only 2 lights worked in 1 of the rooms. Could only find 1 smoke detector in 1 room in the room that was located next to the office. The other 2 rooms were located on the 2nd floor. We slept with our clothes on on top of the blankets and turned the heat up because of the nasty sheets. I paid to much money for 3 rooms for this kind of a stay! And like I said if it wasn’t for the fact we were in town for a death in our family and had 10 people we would have went somewhere else! DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS PLACE! I never give reviews but this time I feel like I really need to so other families don’t go through what my family did!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. But continental breakfast was severely lacking-they probably should just remove that as an amenity.

Hotel is very outdated, worn out. Lady at front desk was great. Bathroom was gross. Get what you pay for.

Towels were stained with what appeared to be black stuff that was washed but stayed stained afterward.
Breakfast a joke - cold cereal, juice....nothing hot like eggs, sauage, etc......
Felt certain fear staying at this hotel with the rooms outside.....people roaming around late looked "creepy."
Would not stay here again.

I can guarantee that you were not in any danger on our property as i am a single woman and have several other single ladies that stay here with no problems that group you referred to is actually a good hard- working group of men who stay here when working in town they do not bother anyone, they actually would help anyone who needed it. Some of our towels and other items in the rooms are abused by other guest who think its ok to dye your hair or clean your car. we try hard everyday to repair and upkeep behind our guest to try and make stay enjoyable and I want to apologize for your stay not being that. we hope you might in future give us another chance ,as we are trying to improve everyday.

The hotel stay was okay. We was expecting a little better room. There was nothing to choose from for breakfast. We won’t be staying there again.

Sheets and pillows are stained. Hotel was not full and yet they put us next to a group that stayed outside drinking past midnight. Smoke smell in room. Towels stained. Bathroom dirty. Slept with clothes on. Feel like crying.

This hotel was a complete mess. Hair in the beds, hand prints on the mirrors, dirty refrigerator, stains on the pull out bed. Gross gross -
