"You guys NEED to either have a Coffee canister at the front desk OR open your Coffee bar earlier than 0600…. Many folks WOULD appreciate having a fresh cup of☕️if they’re leaving before 0600…. And OPENING you’re Cofffee bar at 0700 on the weekends is BEYOND Stupid..‼️‼️"

"The rooms were not clean, hair on towel multiple times. Utensils given were horrible and lack of staff onsite. Horrible experience including below: - 1 time someone opened our room door with their master key thinking we have left the hotel while we were still in - On the last day of my stay, while we were sleeping with do not disturb sign on my door I had a loud knock on my door at around 6:30AM and when checked the guy standing at the door said I asked for service Very disorganised and bad experience, would not recommend to anyone"

"The house was very clean with modern decor. Even though it was a 4 bdrm house, it was adequate and comfortable for 3 adults. The path leading to the back from the driveway (towards the house) could be cleaned up alittle, it doesn't initiate a first good impression. Parking can definitely be a problem if you have more than 2 cars. The house is in a great location and neighborhood. The reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 are the following: Coffee was provided but no creamer and ran out of sugar, light snacks would of been a nice touch. Ice maker wasn't working or turned off so one ice tray wasn't going to cut it. Plenty of bath towels but no face towels. At a minimum, adequate shower gel should be available and it wouldn't hurt to add shampoo and conditioner. "
