Villa Laceria, located in the peaceful town of Povljana on Pag is an ideal spot for comfortable island holidays for groups of up to 10 guests.   
This villa boasts a spacious 70m² terrace with a heated infinity pool, beach chairs for lounging, and an outdoor dining area seating 10 people. Perfect for social gatherings, the terrace also includes a gas barbecue and provides beautiful sea views.  
Inside, the villa is decorated in warm, earthy tones with wooden furniture and large sliding doors that lead directly to the pool terrace, filling the space with natural light. The modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with a kitchen island, connects to a dining area for 10, making it ideal for shared meals. The cozy living room with a fireplace adds to the villa’s inviting ambiance.  
The villa’s four bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and private terraces with sea views. One bedroom offers flexibility, allowing the king bed to be separated into twin beds if needed. The rooms are designed with soft, neutral colors, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere.  
For entertainment, Villa Laceria offers a party room in the basement, featuring a billiard table, darts, TV, and a PlayStation. The space benefits from natural light through a skylight and opens onto a terrace, creating a versatile area for relaxation and fun.  
Additional amenities include a SUP board, baby cot, and baby chair, and small pets are welcome on request. Located about an hour from Zadar, Villa Laceria provides easy access to Pag’s beautiful beaches, famous Pag cheese, salt fields, hiking trails, and quad tours. This villa is accessible by car via a bridge, making it a convenient choice for those seeking a relaxing stay on the island.
