"The host thought of everything. There were many thoughtful extras that were made available to and for us to use (if we chose to). Extras such as binoculars and a backpack for day trips and a reusable (cloth) shopping bag for food runs. This property is centrally located for trips to Anchorage, the scenic highways, and excursions. I was there for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host has a plethora of information about alaska and available 'things to do'. If/when I come back to Alaska, this is where I would stay!!"

"The Modern Moose was perfect! Clean, warm, and had plenty of hot water. It is in a great location and the hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. The beds are very comfortable and the house had plenty of towels and all the utensils you would need to cook with. It is the best VRBO we’ve stayed in!"
