The owner showed real effort in making the unit a comfortable and relaxing place with a well stocked mini kitchen and bathroom. The unit is also clean and well laid out. The overall setup is done well and we enjoyed this portion. However, the unit is very prone to noise at night, including gurgling of the pipes, expansion/contraction sounds, and other sounds throughout the night, making undisturbed sleep almost impossible. If you are sensitive to noise like I am, I would suggest to take that into consideration. ##### CS F.
