Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. We stayed for a couple nights while we skied in Alteska, lots of great restaurants and good recommendations. Roughly 1/2 hour to Alyeska stop if you're skiing this is a good place to stay.

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood but also close to the highway and south Anchorage shops. Super easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and an incredibly comfortable bed. Floor was a little squeaky upstairs, which caused me to wake up a couple times in the night but overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was excellent,my accommodations were very clean, the area was close to what I needed for my stay. What I like the best is the bed was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful in anything that I needed. I would definitely rent this place out again for a future stay and also recommend this to any of my friends that will be in this area as well.
