Cozy Guest House In The Chugach Mountains

Join us in the Chugach Mountains, and stay in our private guest house! Built in 2023, this brand new home offers a quiet and cozy spot for your time in Alaska! Equipped with radiant in floor heat, full kitchen with induction range, and single car garage with a large upright freezer, three bedrooms featuring two queen beds and two sets of bunk beds.

We're located just ten minutes drive to the Rabbit Creek Exit of the Seward Hwy. Downtown Anchorage is twenty minutes away, Airport is twenty minutes away, and Girdwood is just forty minutes away!

Amazing stay

My family and I had an awesome stay at this property. The views were unbelievable. It is a great location and the space was immaculate. Great amenities. Can’t say enough good things about this property.
