A 15-minute drive from all the main places of interest in the area: from the wonderful beaches of the Riviera del Conero, passing by Casa Leopardi in Recanati, up to the Basilica of Loreto.  
  
Description: independent entrance into the large living room with sofas, fireplace and comfortable reading area - large separate kitchen fully equipped and equipped with dishwasher - bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with two single beds - full bathroom with shower - beautiful patio with dining table and large garden equipped with outdoor furniture.
