"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

The room was clean when we arrived and maintained well by the staff while we were there. The breakfast had a alot of options. To top it off, its like a 2-minute walk to the Metro.
