In the fenced yard there is a private swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs and a sunbathing area, as well as a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table - ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. Next to the villa there is a separate tavern decorated in authentic Dalmatian style, perfect for evening gatherings and enjoying the homely atmosphere.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious and bright living room connected to a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room in an open space concept. Large glass walls provide plenty of natural light and direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool. The interior also includes an entertainment room equipped with amenities for socializing and entertainment, ideal for relaxation for all generations. On the ground floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
