Holiday Home Beata is located in the picturesque town of Slivnica, ideal for relaxation and escape from everyday stress. This beautiful villa offers the perfect combination of comfort and luxury, ensuring an unforgettable stay for its guests.  
  
There are two spacious bedrooms available, each equipped with comfortable double beds, which makes it ideal for accommodating four people. However, the villa can accommodate up to eight guests thanks to additional beds and a couch in the living room. The villa has two modern bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests.  
  
One of the most attractive parts of the villa is the beautiful garden that surrounds the building. Guests can enjoy the private pool, relax on deck chairs or spend time on the small terrace. There is also a balcony with an enchanting view of the surroundings. Four parking spaces are available, and the yard is completely fenced, which ensures privacy and security.   
  
The surroundings of Slivnica offer many opportunities for exploration. Vinjerac near Slivnica small fishing village is known for its authenticity and peace. Guests can enjoy walks along the coast, exploring local beaches and tasting fresh seafood in nearby restaurants.  
  
Nature lovers can visit the Paklenica National Park, which is only a short drive from Slivnica. This park offers numerous trails for hiking and climbing, and is ideal for adventurers. Also, nearby is the Krka National Park, known for its magnificent waterfalls and rich flora and fauna.  
  
The city of Zadar, with its rich history and cultural heritage, is also easily accessible. Visitors can explore its many sights, including the Roman Forum, the Church of St. Donat, and the famous Sea Organ.
