La climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciable. Il bénéficie d’une terrasse avec une vue incroyable. Les plages aux alentours sont splendides. La situation géographique permet de visiter facilement la région d’Olbia, du golf d’Orosei… et il se trouve à seulement 1h45 d’Alghero et Bosa. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der kleine Ort sehr malerisch und der nahegelegene Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt, wir sind begeistert und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. ##### Annika S. OG des liebevoll und authentisch restaurierten Hauses am Rande der Altstadt von Posada. Bestens ausgestattet und mit wunderbaren alten Fliesenböden, alten Holztüren und vor allem einer bestechend großen Dachterrasse versehen. Phantastischer Rundumblick in die beeindruckend blühende Natur und vor allem auf das grün blaue Meer. Hier ließ sich bei einem guten sardischen Wein mit gebratenem fangfrischen Fisch der Abend zelebrieren. Der an die Karibik erinnernde Traumsandstrand nur in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Küstenwanderungen und Schwimmen im klaren Wasser wunderbar. Auch strategisch für Tagesausflüge bestens gelegen. Es gibt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah erreichbar und Rino steht fürsorglich und sehr hilfsbereit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Gern würden wir wiederkommen. ##### Dirk S. Die sanierte Wohnung, in der z.B. schöne, alte Bodenfliesen und Holztüren erhalten wurden, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Dachterasse lädt auch Ende April schon zum Frühstücken und Verweilen ein. Die alte Stadt Posada ist wunderbar ursprünglich, direkt an einem Naturschutzgebiet gelegen, das zum Wandern und Radfahren einlädt. Der Strand ist toll und sehr sauber. Küstenwanderungen sind hier abwechlungsreich und schön. Die Betreuung und Unterstützung durch Rino, insbesondere bei der Vermittlung eines Autos, war sehr gut. Auch die Tipps der Eigentümerfamilie Schley waren sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank! Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und gerne wiederkommen. ##### Christa S. Stayed 12 nights in Apr 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### gerd h. 28 Nov 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Traumhaft Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in unserer Traumwohnung am alten Ortskern von Posada und haben die Zeit mit allem erdenklichen Komfort sehr genossen - vor allem haben wir uns gut erholt. Das liegt vor allem an der Lage und dem wunderschönen Blick über das Meer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll, persönlich und mit italienischem Charme gestaltet, alles ist vorhanden und in sehr gutem, gepflegtem Zustand. Man sieht, dass alles gehütet und gewartet wird. Am schönsten ist natürlich die herrliche Terrasse, auf der wir die warmen Sonnenstrahlen des Herbstes noch genießen durften - mit atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer und dem fast greifbaren Strand, der mit dem hauseigenen Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen ist. Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell, jedoch - wir sehen uns ganz sicher wieder in unserer Traumwohnung. ##### gerd h. La maison est fraîche, très bien ventilé par un vent de mer et climatisation si besoin. La terrasse est très apprécié, l'appartement est très pratique avec de belles chambres et un grand séjour. Le toit terrasse offre un cadre exceptionnel pour les petits déjeuners et les dîners. L’appartement est bien équipé. La climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciée le soir. Très bon accueil.
