"This hotel is in a fabulous location in Porto within easy walking distance of Bolhao Market, the main shopping area, the tour departure point. There are restaurants and bars all around. The room was immaculately cleaned and very modern. Serviced daily. Tea and coffee making facilities were well used! Loved the free water in the fridge daily. The staff were great. Very accommodating when we arrived super early, allowing us to change and leave our bags safely. Food and coffee shop was also great. We didn’t try the restaurant (but wish me had). The upstairs bar and pool/sunbathing area was fab again with attentive staff. The only criticism I had was that they needed more/ larger lifts. One was frequently malfunctioning and the other often so full you couldn’t get in. A minor issue. Everything else was fab!"

"The property was located in a great location, walkable and close to transportation, buses, trains, taxi’s and many stores, shops, boutiques and eateries. I appreciated having the cafe which is attached to hotel, I was able to complete my assignments while enjoying the food and taking in the sights. The staff were great, very attentive, gave good insight as to where things were and how to access them in the area. I would have liked to have a dresser and a refrigerator but the place was too small for these amenities. I would stay here again but the next time I will minimize how much I pack. Also if you are from the US do not forget the adapters for your electronics as the outlets are different."

"Location was great for public transport: airport to hotel all on same red metro line. Rooms clean and good size. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices and well run by the team. A couple of issues, not major, but a little annoying: On arrival, something must have been going on, we were waiting in reception for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up. Strange, never experienced that before. I booked a room with a double bed, but got two singles. Problm was resolved a couple of days later."
