Amazing ocean view studio condo. Wake up to views of the Atlantic Ocean as you sip morning coffee on your private balcony. Prime location within walking distance of restaurants and all the action. Room is professionally cleaned and includes fresh bath towels, sheets, and pillows. The beach is directly across the street! The condo is 308 square ft and includes 1 queen and 1 full size futon in the sitting area.

Birthday vacay!

Overall we had a great week! The room was comfortable and the view was amazing! The space was smaller than it looked in the pictures but other than that we had no complaints.

Hampton Beach getaway

Property was as described. Nice view, close to ocean and clean. Bed was comfortable. Trek up 3 flights of stairs was tough but worth the view.

The photographs displayed a much clearer vision of the sea than is experienced. The room was clean but we did experience a hiccup with an incident regarding the toilet seat. Upon leaving the facility, we were charged with a new toilet seat since there was a crack in the seat. We did not recall breaking the seat, but required insurance covered the cost.
