It was a central to downtown Portsmouth. We chose to walk/drive downtown and easily found parking. Also, there a parking spot designate for this rental behind the building that is not listed in the host description. We used this spot and had no issues during our stay. With that we tried to enter through the back door and there was miscommunication on the correct unit and unit entry code. I had some problems with the electronic lock and was unable to lock it and reaching the manager was...difficult. As a result, the front door had to be left unlocked, which was weird. Then there is this weird thing about emptying the trash or getting fined. I practice I got a message for a complicated process to take out the garbage, take the bins to the street and return them...all unreasonable/unacceptable for such an expensive stay.
