Ideally located for exploring the area on foot, you can enjoy walks to Old Portsmouth and the beach, with a fantastic choice of restaurants and cafés right on your doorstep for relaxed evenings out.

Set over the first and second floor, the apartment is not suitable for guests with limited mobility, as there are a number of steps to access the property.

🚗 Parking

Parking is simple: one private off-road space is included (suitable for a standard-size car). For larger vehicles or additional cars, on-street parking permits can be arranged. Parking for one car is included; permits for additional vehicles can be purchased via online check in.

We aim to reduce single-use plastics wherever possible. During your stay, you may find:

Refillable, cruelty-free toiletries (please don’t throw them away)

Eco-friendly toilet paper from Who Gives A Crap, made from recycled paper with plastic-free packaging

Washable microfibre dishcloths instead of disposable cloths
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. No house parties, hen or stag parties. Only booked guests are permitted in the property.
Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issues immediately.
Refundable damage deposit of £150 is required.
We need you to complete the on-line check in before key info is provided , ID may be requested.
The following charges may be applied
Lost keys £30
Extra Cleaning £20 per hour - We allow for 2.5 hours cleaning per stay if it takes longer, we will have to charge you the additional cleaning cost.
Utilities are subject to a Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy. Should the allowance be exceeded, we reserve the right to apply a supplemental charge to cover this amount. Information surrounding the Fair Usage Allowance can be requested and found on our website.
