"This was the perfect place to get away for a couple of days. The cabin is right on the lake and the lake itself was clear and beautiful. There was a large dock that we took advantage of our entire stay. We went back to our childhood of jumping off the dock and swimming to our hearts content. The lake was never crowded and we had one full day when nobody else was there. The cabin was beautiful and was supplied with everything we needed. We took advantage of the grill. This would be a great place for children. They had games all around the wrap around deck. Portsmouth wasn't too far away and we spent some time shopping down there. Piketon and Waverly had places to shop as well. There was a large flee market just down the road that we went to on Saturday. It was a great place and we will bring the grandkids with us the next time. The manager and his family were great people and helped us out with all sorts of information. "

"The property was beautiful and very clean. The home itself is gorgeous and they have done a wonderful job decorating. It had everything we could possibly need. Kitchen had cooking supplies including minor appliances not just pots and pans. My family frequently gathered in the game room and it had ample seating and activities. All the bathrooms were stocked and the beds comfortable. My kids loved the coffee bar and smores. I loved that I could do laundry while there and not be behind upon returning home. The home has room to be together but also space if people want to group into smaller clusters separately. There were multiple fire pits and outdoor sitting areas to relax and visit with family. I did not get to get into the hot tub but it was clean too. I would absolutely stay here again and Scott was an attentive host who made sure we had a great time. As a matter of fact we loved it so much we all got lottery tickets saying " we need a house like this" to each other. (no big winners so we will just have to visit again)"
