The Malthouse, Portree

  • The Malt House forms one wing of Portree's former grain mill. Over 200 years old it is now a grade 2 listed upside down house full of charm and character. The house is an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of Portree with all its restaurants and facilities, yet is situated in a leafy tucked away location. The upstairs living area is light, bright and open plan. The sea is a 2 minute stroll from the house. Portree is the capital of Skye and a great base for exploring all that Skye has to offer.
