Pretty and well-kept terraced house, about 3 km from the first beaches of Le Grazie, also reachable on foot (266 steps) and with a charming view of the sea and the 'Gulf of Poets'. Here you are in one of the most fascinating areas of Liguria and in one of the most charming and praised corners of great literature (Byron and Shelley are an example): a coast of a thousand colors, unique and suggestive with its green hills and crystal clear waters. Not far from here is the famous Portovenere, with its historic center and the archipelago of Palmaria Island, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The spectacular landscape of the Cinque Terre awaits you and can be visited by boat. Lerici with its castle and a 9-hole golf course is about 25 km away. The Lunigiana region with its 100 castles can be reached by car in just over an hour, as well as the Versilia region, the popular Forte dei Marmi and the unmissable Pietra Santa, which over the years has become an open-air gallery of modern art. Gut gefallen hat uns: - Flexibler Check-in - vorab Video mit Wegbeschreibung (ohne die wir das Haus im Leben nicht gefunden hätten) - gute Ausstattung der Küche - 2 Toiletten (bei vier Personen Gold wert) - toller Blick vom Balkon - Super schnell in Portovenere - nette Nachbarn - Waschmaschine (super mit kleinerem Kind) Nicht so gut gefallen hat uns: - das Haus ist recht in die Jahre gekommen - das Haus und die Handtücher rochen muffig - Fliegengitter sind an einigen Fenster vorhanden, allerdings auch zum Teil schon echt löchrig - Alle Betten (!) im ersten Stock knarzten und knackten, das Doppelbett wankte (wir haben uns nicht getraut uns beide reinzulegen und in den Einzelbetten geschlafen - Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett sind nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, vorhanden (Kinderstuhl war in unserem Fall egal, wir hatten aber tatsächlich mit dem Bett gerechnet, haben dann aber einfach eine Matratze auf den Boden gelegt) - Kindersicherung/„Treppengitter“ ist so lose befestigt, dass unser dreijähriger es abgenommen hat und damit die Treppe hoch und runter spazierte (wir hätten es nicht gebraucht, Familien mit kleineren Kindern sollten das vielleicht vorab wissen)

#### Entspricht der Beschriebung, fantastische Aussicht!
Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Bei warmen Wetter, gibt es leider auf der Terrasse kein Schatten. Nur ein kleiner Sonnenschirm hilft zu wenig. Wäre toll wenn man sie irgendwie decken könte. Am besten mit einer grünene Pergola!
