  • The Marconi Living Room Suite is located between the Ghiaie beach and the historic centre, it is an excellent solution for those on foot or who want to choose not to use the car during their holiday. It was inaugurated in summer 2021, it is bright and well furnished and has an independent entrance with security code.
    It is air-conditioned with soundproofed windows and inside it consists of a sleeping area with bathroom and a living room with small well equipped kitchen with induction cooking, microwave, dishwasher. Balcony with sea view
    Laundry room and a room for bicycles and scooters on the ground floor
    At 100 meters from the house every type of useful service and shop (pharmacy, gastronomy, bakery, bar, restaurant, newsagent, hairdresser, beautician ...)
    On foot in 3 minutes you can reach the wonderful Ghiaie beach (Natural Reserve) and with a slightly longer walk also the beaches of Viste, Padulella, Capo Bianco. In the immediate vicinity in summer there are shuttles to the beach of Biodola, Viticcio , Sansone ... The dock and the tourist port of Portoferraio are a stone's throw away. The Suite is open 365 hours a year because it is equipped with parquet floor heating
