Experiência razoável, em custo benefícios muito bom frente a outros, todavia este último quarto que peguei pecava na limpeza e estado, além da parede que separa para o corredor ser de drywall (gesso), fazendo que escutasse muitos sons indesejados no quarto. Alem disso nas limpezas nao disponibilizaram duas toalhas (a de rosto) e mais de um sabonete.

Achei ter um pouco de falta de informações. Atrasei 15 minutos no check out, cobraram uma taxa de metade da estadia, pois alegaram nao ter serviço de arrumação no momento. Infelizmente não sugiro pra quem vai de casal, que por algum motivo no momento de saída possa atrase um pouco.

Excelente hospedagem com uma observação apenas

Excelente! Conforto, ar-condicionado, internet, café da manhã, recepção... Única coisa que não gostei foi da acústica do quarto. Escutei gente roncando do quarto ao lado, e tudo que se passa no corredor você também ouve. Porém, ainda sim dou uma boa nota ao hotel.

As acomodações são modestas, mas o hotel poderia mudar de provedor de internet, como está hoje simplesmente não funciona em momento algum do dia. Isso é muito ruim em uma viagem para congresso acadêmico.

Bom. Só precisa melhorar o wifi nos quartos.

Bom custo/benefício. Café da manhã bom. Recomendo o ovo mexido, e, para o cuscuz doce (sagu), faltava um leite condensado que é uma comum cobertura. Poderia melhorar o isolamento acústico para barulhos provindos do corredor. O ar condicionado sai pouco ar e demora a gelar ao longo do dia, mas a noite funciona muito bem. Boa limpeza. Passei 5 dias e houve arrumação diária. O wifi no quarto precisa melhorar bastante, tanto que a depender do horário é bem difícil de usar, o que atrapalha quem precisa usar para trabalho e estudos.

Fiz a reserva para terceiros e houve certo constrangimento inicial pois o atendente não conseguia localizar a informação do pagamento da reserva, felizmente havia passado para os hóspedes os dados da reserva e do pagamento, que mostraram ao atendente e tudo se resolveu. No mais tudo muito bom!

Ótima estadia, fui muito bem atendido e a recepcionista Maísa foi muito gentil. O único porém foi o ar condicionado do quarto, que não gelava muito, mas ainda assim deixava em uma temperatura agradável.
