Jedoch braucht es ein Auto zu den Stränden, der Fussweg ist relativ anstrengend und lang auf einer recht stark befahrenen Strasse und führt eigentlich nur an eine kleine Bucht, welche in der Saison mit Gästen überfüllt ist. La terresse est ombargée et donne sur le maquis, idéale pour les repas et le barbecue. La piscine est aussi superbe avec vue sur les montagnes et un bassin où notre petite a pu profiter de la baignade tous les soirs de la semaine. Cette résidence est aussi bien placée, avec à proximité la plage de Santa Giulia (nous y sommes allé régulièrement en footing le matin, compter 10mn) et l'accès rapide en voiture aux plages de Palombaggia et de la Rondinara. Découvrir la Corse en cette période était pour nous très reposant. En cette saison, la piscine chauffée était un net plus qui fut très apprécié des enfants. La plage et ses activités nautiques est distante de 500 m : c'est un endroit magnifique invitant à se prélasser dans un environnement de toute beauté. Tout cela ne nous a pas empêché d'aller découvrir Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio tout proches, ainsi que Sartène plus à l'intérieur de l'île : assister à un concert de polyphonies corses à Sartène (ou ailleurs) est un pur enchantement. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce havre de paix. La terrasse est très pratique avec sa partie protégée et sa partie ouverte. La piscine non loin est gigantesque et la résidence extrêmement bien placée sur les hauteurs de la marina de Santa Giulia, mais aussi sur la route de Palombaggia. Super appartement spacieux, fonctionnel avec cuisine dans laquelle rien ne manque. Il est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et se trouve dans un cadre magnifique, calme et donc reposant. Quel plaisir de profiter de la grande terrasse avec sa partie ombragée ainsi que du barbecue haute gamme. Une douche extérieure permet de se rafraîchir ou de se rincer en revenant de la très belle plage de Santa Giulia située à quelques minutes en voiture et également accessible à pied. La situation est idéale, proche de Porto Vecchio, de Bonifacio, de la forêt de l'Ospédale et de sa cascade. La piscine est très propre, sécurisée, avec une très belle vue. Commerces à proximité Pour couronner le tout, des propriétaires très sympathiques et soucieux d'offrir un séjour très agréable. Bref nous recommandons vivement ! ##### luc h. Nous avons été bien accueilli et Mr Mouze nous a fourni des renseignements utiles et s'est montré fort sympathique. Les photos correspondent à la réalité et nous n'avons pas été déçus. La location est propre et bien entretenue. Les piscines sont superbes et il y a toujours de la place sur les transats. Il est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse et de profiter du solarium sans visibilité avec les voisins. Nous recommandons!! ##### Carole L. Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à compter du 20/07/2013 dans ce très agréable appartement en rez-de-jardin avec 2 jeunes enfants. Logement neuf, agréable, très fonctionnel, propre, literie parfaite. L’ensemble est bien équipé et conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse très calme sur laquelle il existe une douche très agréable pour se rafraîchir ou pratique après la plage. Evidemment, nous avons fait chauffer le BBQ à disposition. Près de l’appartement, une très belle piscine avec 2 bassins dans la résidence, dont un bassin pour les petits le tout étant sécurisé. La situation est idéale, elle permet un accès aisé à toutes les plages environnantes, ou encore pour les balades dans les terres vers Bavella par exemple. A deux pas de Santa Giulia, elle est située entre Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio, toutes les commodités sont à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Pour couronner tout cela, la famille Mouze propriétaire des lieux est plus que charmante, un excellent accueil vous sera réservé. Nous recommandons ! ##### Louis F. Une très belle terrasse avec barbecue d'où l'on peut admirer les étoiles, une très grande piscine avec des nocturnes tous les jeudis soirs! Cet appartement est très bien situé pour partir à la découverte de la région (à quelques minutes de la plage de Santa Giulia). Idéal pour découvrir Porto-Vecchio, la forêt de l'Ospédale, le col de Bavella, Bonifacio... et pour les plus festifs, la Via Note, à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Des propriétaires qui ont le souci du détail : des boissons fraîches et des gâteaux corses nous attendaient à l'arrivée, ainsi qu'un guide d'accueil très complet indiquant les plages, restaurants et autres lieux incontournables dans la région.
