With a capacity for 8 guests, the villa features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, and a large living area of over 60 m² comprising a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table, and a living room with a TV.

Accommodation

The villa is located in Porto Vecchio, near Route d’Arca at the end of a cul-de-sac. It offers peace and quiet, privacy, and a relaxed lifestyle for your stay, while being right next to shops, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a supermarket... and, best of all, just 10 minutes from the beaches of Santa Giulia and Saint Cyprien, and 15 minutes from Palombaggia.

This tastefully decorated villa features 4 bedrooms, including a master suite:
- Master suite with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom
- 2 double bedrooms with 160x200cm beds
- one bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 90x200cm (which can be pushed together to form a double bed).

The second bathroom is separate.

The 100-square-meter southwestern-facing wooden deck is equipped with sun loungers (5 Fermob deck chairs), a Fermob patio set (2 sofas, 1 coffee table, and 2 armchairs), an MG dining table that seats 8–10 people, and an electric griddle.
A large 50-square-meter pergola allows you to fully enjoy the shaded terrace.
A 9x4m heated pool with a salt filtration system secured by a submersible cover.

Rentals are for 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday, during the months of June through September. Shorter stays are allowed during the rest of the year, with a minimum of 4 days.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
