Located on the 4th floor, you will find a main room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the sleeping area with 2 onvertible sofa, which opens onto a lovely terrace with views of the Ospedale Valley, as well as a bathroom with a toilet.  
  
This apartment's best features include its proximity to all amenities and a private underground parking space. Finishing work on the common areas will cease during the summer; the elevator will be operational soon.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Beach towels and kitchen towels are not provided.
