This villa features a ground floor with a living room with a sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a shower room with a toilet.  
  
The best feature of this mini-villa: It's located just 30 meters from the beach. A terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor shower is also included. Air conditioning is available in the living room and one of the upstairs bedrooms.  
  
Private parking is provided.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price.

#### L’accès direct à la plage est le top de cette maisonette

Maison dans son jus. Pas beaucoup de confort mais très bien placée à 60m d’une plage exceptionnellement belle. C’est plus une maison pour cinq personnes maximum. Le sixième lit n’est pas du tout adapté pour dormir : matelas ridicule et chambre trop exiguë pour faire tenir deux personnes meme enfants.

#### Superbe emplacement

Bon séjour, la plage est à 50 mètres à pied avec douche extérieure pour le retour, idéal avec des enfants. Logement agréable, seul bémol, prévoir des boites anti-fourmis, car on est vite envahis jusque dans les lits.
