Located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator, it includes a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, another room with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a child’s bed of 80 x 180 cm. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a workspace and a living room with a sofa bed 140 x 200 cm to relax after a day of walking.  
  
Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost.  
  
Pets are accepted.  
  
Please note that the property has Wi-Fi. In addition, there is parking available in front of the entrance to the residence.  
  
One of the major advantages of this apartment is its brightness and its prime location. You will stay in a luxury residence, nestled in a 5-hectare wooded park, with a tennis court and shared swimming pool open from May to September from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. You will be less than 2 km from the center of Porto Vecchio and only 5 km from some of Corsica's most beautiful beaches, such as Santa Giulia Bay and Palombaggia. The Sperone golf course is 30 km away, while the Lezza golf course is 8 km away. The Porto Vecchio bus station is located 2 km away, making it easy to get around.  
  
Figari airport is located 19 km away, which makes access to this protected area even more convenient.  
  
Nearby, you can enjoy a multitude of activities, such as golf, the Aiguilles de Bavella, visiting villages in the Corsican maquis, and excursions to Bonifacio, Ajaccio, Sartene and Propriano. The Lavezzi islands, hiking, canyoning, cruises in calanques, boat rental, snorkeling and jet skiing are also among the many activities to discover.

Porto Vecchio is a real beautiful seaside resort located in the east of Southern Corsica.  
The city is today one of the preferred tourist destinations in Corsica, offering "almost" all the pleasures and possible attractions of the island of beauty within a few tens of kilometers.  
The residence is located in the southern sector of the port of Porto Vecchio, one can easily reach by car the most famous beaches of the extreme south such as Santa Giulia and Palombaggia as well as the mountain of Ospédale for wonderful hiking.  
All shops easily accessible, supermarket Casino facing the entrance of the residence.

From the bus station of Porto-Vecchio: 6 minutes by car.  
From Figari Airport - South Corsica: 23 minutes by car.
