Magnifique bergerie décorée avec goût située dans un hameau de Cartalavone proche de L'Ospédale et à seulement 25 minutes de porto-Vecchio. Vous serez séduit par le charme unique de ce lieu, niché dans la montagne avec sa magnifique vue.  
  
La Bergerie Carta est située non loin du massif de Bavella avec les plus belles randonnées de L'Alta Rocca.   
Les plages de Palombaggia, Santa Giulia, St Cyprien... sont toutes proches à quelques minutes de voiture.  
La Bergerie jouit au Sud de la vue mer et de l'extrême sud et à l'Ouest de la vue montagne.  
La Bergerie est érigée sur un espace d’environ 600 m².  
  
Ce bien d’environ 128 m² comprend un salon et une salle à manger qui donnent directement sur la terrasse par une grande baie vitrée.  
Pendant les périodes froides vous pourrez vous réchauffer prés de la cheminée.  
La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée.  
WC indépendant pour les invités à l'entrée.  
  
La villa peut accueillir 6 personnes:  
Trois chambres et un espace salon sont accessibles par des escaliers et se trouvent à l'entre sol de la Bergerie.  
\- Chambre 1: lit en 180 cm avec des rangements, salle d'eau, grande baie vitrée donnant sur le jardin.  
\- Chambre 2: lit en 160 cm avec placard de rangement, baie vitrée donnant sur le jardin.  
\- Chambre 3: lit en 140 cm avec placard de rangement.  
  
Salle de bain indépendante avec baignoire. WC indépendant.  
  
Un espace salon à côté du coin nuit, idéal pour les enfants. TV à disposition et une borne arcade feront des heureux.  
  
La Bergerie possède une climatisation réversible dans toutes les pièces ainsi qu'internet avec starlink.
