Good value for money

The apartment was exactly as described in great detail on the Interchalet website. The spectacular view of the Lake from Brissago and the Swiss Alps down to Verbania in the South was always bathed in sunshine during the day. The trains and the trucks nearby didn´t disturb us. We often took the bus from the main road or walked up the hill to a quiet road to the train station to get to the ferry to towns on the other side of the lake.

Une vue magnifique un paysage de rêve

Location avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Facilité pour prendre les clés. Le monsieur de l agence est très gentil. La location est très bien située. Petite station balnéaire entre Laveno et Luino. Pizzeria du port et les 2 pâtisseries au top. Le chemin qui monte dans la résidence est un petit peu cabossé mais rien de gênant. Place de parking numérotée. Un escalier pour accéder à la location (30 marches environ) en 3 paliers. Vraiment excellente location dans une région superbe

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Es ist eine kleine, sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer wirklich gigantischen Aussicht. Das Schlafzimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte neu ausgestattet werden. Leider ist die Straße in der Wohnanlage sehr beschädigt und müsste dringend neu gemacht werden. Aber die Aussicht macht alles wieder gut.

Seeblick und Terrasse großartig, Apartment mit erheblichen Mängeln

Zur Lage: Das Apartment befindet sich in einer gepflegten, ruhigen Feriensiedlung. In der Nähe gibt es ein paar Geräuschquellen (Güterzuglinie und Wertstoffhof), die wir nicht weiter störend fanden. Die Anreise empfiehlt sich mit dem Auto. Zur Umgebung: Im nahen kleinen Ort Porto Valtravaglia gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz bei einem gut sortierten Lebensmittelgeschäft. Unser Lieblingsort wurde die Bar Marley da Lieto S., wo wir mehrmals zum Mittagessen einkehrten. Dort hört man fast nur Italienisch und wird zu sehr günstigen Preisen herzlich bedient und bestens kulinarisch versorgt. Zum Apartment: Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel: Der Blick auf den See ist großartig und verdient eher 8 von 5 Sternen. Auch die Terrasse ist super. Das Schlafzimmer jedoch war unbenutzbar: Erhebliche Mengen Schimmel an Wänden, Matratze und Lattenrost. Wir behalfen uns, indem wir als Paar mit unserer 16 Monate alten Tochter auf der 1,40 m breiten Matratze des Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer übernachteten, was ganz gut ging, und die Tür zum Schlafzimmer immer nur öffneten, wenn wir Durchzug haben wollten. Als wir ankamen, fanden wir kleine Glassplitter auf der Terrasse. Der Boden im Apartment war so schmutzig, dass nach einer halben Stunde unsere Füße von unten grau waren. WLAN funktionierte die ganze Woche nicht. Die Spülmaschine stellte sich als unterdurchschnittlich leistungsfähig heraus. Pluspunkt: Die Waschmaschine. Der nahe Stellplatz ist nicht riesig, reichte für unseren Skoda Scala aber aus. Zum Vermieter: Als wir zu Beginn des Urlaubs die Mängel in einer ausführlichen Mail mit Fotos mitteilten, erhielten wir von den Vermietern binnen einer Stunde die Antwort, dass sie sich erkundigen, ob sie uns eine andere Ferienwohnung zur Verfügung stellen können. Einerseits eine schnelle Reaktion, andererseits ein Dreizeiler ohne Dank für den Hinweis oder Entschuldigung. Der Fairness halber sei gesagt, dass wir das Angebot ablehnten, weil wir diesen Ausblick auf den See unbedingt behalten wollten. Dennoch: In diesem Zustand kann man kein Apartment anbieten. Daher 2 von 5 Sternen.

Tolle Aussicht auf den Lago, leider mit einer nervigen Unannehmlichkeit

Beim Eintreffen an der Wohnung war der Fußboden übersät mit Glassplittern. Nach unserer Reklamation kam sehr schnell der Reinigungsdienst und reinigte die Wohnung durch. Die Wohnung erreicht man nach 34Stufen. Dafür gibt es ausreichend Platz, einen Vorratsraum und eine gigantische Aussicht. Die Küstenstraße, die Eisenbahn und das naheliegende Kieswerk stören nicht, dafür umsosehr die Altglassammelstelle. Um den dazugehörigen Parkplatz zu nutzen empfiehlt sich die Anreise mit einem Kleinstwagen. Aber trotz dem Meckern, es war eine wunderschöne Woche.

Morgens sehr Laut

Die Wohnung ist schön mit Super Aussicht ,aber man schaut auf einen Wertstoffhof der Morgens um 9.00 Uhr öffnet und das jeden Tag .Ab 9.00 Uhr ist da ein Bagger zu hören der Glasflaschen hin und her schiebt.Ruhig Frühstücken auf der Terasse ist nicht möglich.

Schöne Abendsonne

Leider ist die Wohnung in einen Renovierungsstau . Das Bad war in einem schlechten Zustand. Möbel sind teilweise alt und auch defekt. Es wurden aber neue Möbel dazu gekauft. Es gibt deutsches Fernsehen. In der Küche ist soweit alles vorhanden. Viele Teller sind aber angeschlagen. Der wunderschöne Blick und die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse haben uns aber über diese Mängel hinweg sehen lassen.

Super Blick

Der Blick vom Hauptzimmer und der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchen, es gibt halt nur ein separates Schlafzimmer. Der Weg zum Apartment vom Auto ist schon eher beschwerlich, weil es das vierte Apartment nach unten ist, aber dafür hat man den Blick.

Schöner zweiwöchiger Urlaub am Lago Maggiore

Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Beschreibung stimmt (Kieswerk, Bahnlinie, Zugang nur über Treppenstufen etc.). Grandioser Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore von der sehr großen Terrasse. Viele interessante Ziele für Tagesausflüge sind mit einem Fahrzeug gut erreichbar. Fahrzeug auch zum Einkaufen etc. sehr zu empfehlen. Ausstattung ist ein wenig in die Tage gekommen, aber funktional und in Ordnung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Die Wohnung ist erste Klasse, der Ausblick unbezahlbar, waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartement und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Die Betten sind bequem, auch das Schlafsofa. Kleine, aber komfortable Küche mit Spülmaschine. Bad sauber und geräumige Dusche. Waschmaschine im Urlaub ist genial, weniger Gepäck 😁 Einzigster Minuspunkt sind die vielen Treppenstufen, für Gehbehinderte absolut nicht geeignet 😬 Wir gerne wieder, Danke,wir lieben diese Wohnung ❤❤❤

Super Lage mit freiem Blick über den See, große Terrasse, Grill und außen offener Kamin vorhanden. Supermarkt gleich unten im Ort (Auto erforderlich), unbedingt das Restaurant Montesole direkt unten am See besuchen! Am WE vorreservieren! Reisetipps: Korbbahn in Laveno hinauffahren, Fähre nach Intra nehmen zu den borromäischen Inseln, Straße oberhalb Baveno fahren für herrlichen Ausblick, Mittwocs Markt in Luino besuchen, auf Cimatta oberhalb Locarno gehen, Monte Bre oberhalb Lugano besuchen

Eine sehr schöne und gemütlich...

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche FeWo in der gepflegten Ferienanlage Montesole. Von der großen Terrasse hat man ein wunderbares Panorama auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Ausstattung ist gut, SAT–TV (neuer Fernseher) und WLAN funktionierten einwandfrei.Die Kiesverarbeitungsanlage ist zeitweise zu hören, störte uns aber nicht.Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir werden dieses Objekt sicherlich noch einmal buchen. Reisetipps: Neuer Supermarkt in Porto Valtravaglia, ansonsten sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Luino (Mittwochs großer Wochenmarkt) – besonders schön ist der Sonntagsmarkt in Cannobio am gegenüber liegenden Westufer.Direkt unten am See sehr gute Küche im gleichnamigen Restaurant/Pizzeria Montesole (am Wochenende Reservierung empfohlen)
