Perfect location, nice tidy rooms. Shower tiles and grouting need updating. Our transfer was at 06:45 so we didn't have the included breakfast. Otherwise perfect stay.

Easy access to the building. Quaint and sufficient for our needs. Room is small but enough as we were only there for a night. AC works great. Pillows are not comfortable surprisingly I slept well. It's located in a great part of town. Breakfast was easy and wholesome and Joana was so very friendly.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff communicated well via What’s App/Expedia for how to get in and we did get the room we had reserved. We expected it to be small, but it was tiny. There was barely room for the bed and two people (and we’re pretty small people). Given the small room size, I understand that suitcases scuff the walls, but there has been nothing done to clean it. The bathroom had a broken light fixture and there was just an exposed bulb and wire. The shower had mold on the grout that had not been cleaned and the drain was so slow that you had to be in and out of the shower very quickly without flooding the bathroom. We saw one staff member at the desk and she didn’t acknowledge us at all other than a nod. It’s a very convenient location and we loved the view, but it was not quite as advertised.

I would try asking for a room with a window. The rooms on the other side were quite musty and damp despite having a humidifier. It would have been nice to have a few more pillows on the bed and more consistent staffing. The breakfast was very basic. Great location though!

This place has a great location and the elevator and ac are definitely a plus. The girl at the front is very kind and helpful. The place could be a bit cleaner and some better pillows. I also wouldn’t exactly call my room river view, I was expecting more from the photo ad of my room view and paying extra. Photo for reference

This guesthouse is situated in a very central position. for this i give it high marks. it is very very clean as well. What we did not like was the room was very humid with a strong smell of mould, this can be a health hazard and very dangerous. the window is small and into a very very small shaft so there is absolutely no air going into the room to remove the humidity. also the ventilator in the bathroom was not working therefore increases the humidity in the room. everytime we entered the room the strong smell of mould hits you and holds your breathe.

This is an 8 rooms hotel, which is 10' wide, super cute. This place is in front of a hospital and no one would even notice its there. It is also a block from the river, plazas, restaurant, and all the historical churches and places. Everything is walking distance. Luis I bridge is very close too too. Continental breakfast is available at no charge.

Our stay at Ribeiredge GuestHouse in Porto was a very pleasant experience. Everything was excellent from the very beginning. The facilities are comfortable, clean, and very well located to enjoy the city. What truly made the difference was the owner’s attention — always very attentive and willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The overall service was outstanding, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a central location with warm, personalized service. We would gladly return without hesitation. 😊

The staff was friendly and we were able to checkin early for one of the rooms. The breakfast was good with breads, pastries, and fruits. However, there were bad smells in the rooms when we first entered, potentially from the toilet cleaning brushes. Also, we were expecting balconies where you can actually walk out, but it was just windows with handrails.
